We DO NOT offer per session rates. Your results are achieved through consistancy and our packages are structured in a way that will allow us to guide you through a personalized program for the best results.
Personal Training session are arranged according to YOUR SCHEDULE. If you need to see your trainer 7 O' Clock in the Morning on a Tuesday and 3 O' Clock in the Afternoon on a Thursday then you can arrange your session to fit your life. That's what makes it Personal.

Training Package: 2 days a MONTH for 3 Months

Get all the beenfits of an expert designed program AND the social and motivation of working out with others with similiar goals. One trainer and up to 6 women sharing a fitness journey and a workout.
Training Guidelines:
All "Pocketbook Friendly" Personal Training are instructed by nationally certified Instructors and Personal Trainers who are well-versed on the most effective, safest and efficient ways to train the body. With our cutting edge programs and an instructor making sure you're doing things right, you're going to quickly look and feel your best! "Pocketbook Friendly" Personal Training s are suitable for everyone. Regardless of fitness level or age, we have a program that will help you reach your goals.
Please Note:
- We require a minimum of 2 days a week and a 4 week commitment and payment every 30 days
- Each session is 45-60 minutes long
